If the watches are not working, we would like you to email us your problems first, many issues can be fixed or adjusted by yourself

Returns/Exchanges

We will refund Full Amount to you, or exchange new watch for you for free :

• The watch must be unused, undamaged and have no blemishes.
• The item has a manufacturer defect.
• The item does not function according to the specifications on the web site.
• The item is different from the picture.
• Send back the item within 14 days from when you receive the watch.

The shipping fee you incur when you send back will not be refund to you. a refund could take up to 10-15 days to be posted onto your Credit Cards.

If you don't like the watch, we can exchange for you:

• The watch must be unused, undamaged and have no blemishes.
• You should send back within 7 days
• All links must be returned with the watch, packaged with original packaging.
• Exchanges will incur a shipping and handing fee of $30.
• The shipping fee you incur when you send back will not be refund to you.

Warranty

If problems with your watch arise after 14 days from when you receive the watch, we may not issue a refund. We will fix or replace it for you, we offer a 180-day warranty against mechanical failure.

We will repair your product within the warranty period provided that the item does not function according to the specifications on the web site. The shipping fee you incur when you send back will not be refund to you.

Warranty does not cover the following occurrences:

• Cracked glass
• Broken or Dismantled Watch
• Damage Caused by Water
