I am still waiting for their response about my refund they said they have given a month and half ago and also sending a replacement watch. They told me to 4 watches I asked for so far, they are out of stock. It is obvious that they are not telling the truth. I asked for a cheaper watch as a replacement. I haven't heard from them yet. I will keep you posted if they are honest or not.
